Description of Good and/or Services

  1. Plant Based Life is an eCommerce and content platform in the vegan food and product industry.

Agreement of Sale

  1. The agreement of sale between customer and Plant Based Life is not valid until full payment has been made to and received by Plant Based Life.
  2. All goods remain property of Plant based life until full payment has been received.

Delivery Policy

  1. Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one working day.
  2. Orders are dispatched via a courier service. Delivery time frames are dependent on customer location and courier dispatch schedules.
  3. By making a purchase with Plant Based Life, the customer accepts that in order for Plant Based Life to prove delivery of an order, they do not have to prove that the customer themselves personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

Return and Refunds Policy

  1. The provision of goods by Plant Based Life is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Plant Based Life will contact the customer with options.
  2. An order can be cancelled if payment has not yet been made for the order by the customer.
  3. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched by Plant Based Life.
  4. All products are sold with a 5 day satisfaction guarantee.
    1. If a customer is not satisfied with a product that they received, they can contact Plant Based Life within 5 days of receipt with the reason for their dissatisfaction.
    2. Products must be in their original unused state.
    3. Shipping costs for returns will be for the customers account.
    4. Upon receipt, the item will be inspected and if agreed that the product is not of a satisfactory quality, Plant Based Life will refund the customer the value of the product.
    5. If the customer has used the product and is not satisfied, we will pass their feedback onto the supplier of the product. The supplier’s remedy is then up to their own discretion and Plant Based Life will not be held responsible for issuing a refund.
  5. If you receive the wrong product you must contact Plant Based Life within one working day. We will check our system to see whether a miss pick has occurred. If there was a miss pick we will arrange to swap the ‘wrong’ product for the one actually ordered on our account.


  1. Plant Based Life takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.


It is our mission that all information on this website is as accurate and up to date as possible, and that all products promoted cause no harm to our customers or the environment. However, due to the possibility of human and technical error, Plant Based Life accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of information provided on the website. Neither do we accept responsibility for any adverse reactions that any of our products may cause. While we have taken every reasonable measure to ensure that the products promoted on this website are of the highest quality and safety, the recommendations on this site are not the advice of a medical practitioner. We therefore advise the consultation of a medical practitioner if there is ever any doubt as to the use of the products.

Use of the Website

  1. This site may be used by customers to browse the content and products and to make legitimate purchases.
  2. Persons may not use this site for any purposes such as fraudulent or speculative transactions.

Plant Based Life may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
